Body Ripped- Here we go Day1 !
I learned quickly I’m in a new world. It was up to me to make it a successful body ripped workout. I know by watching the video it didn’t seem like I was pushing it very hard. As I was doing the workout I was doing my best not to throw up and fall over. In my mind, I just kept saying, just push through it in my head over and over. One thing that really helped was a pre-workout shake. I haven’t done a pre-workout shake before. They have different energy boosters in them. Some have caffeine and others have some other stuff. Sorry I’m not very technical. This my fist body ripped program and I am excited and sore. I set up my downstairs into a sort of gym and made sure there was a water bottle close by.
Week Of Pain To Get Body Ripped
This body ripped workout had me sore for a full week. My body was so sore from the workout it wasn’t till Saturday that I was able to walk somewhat normal again. As you do each of the workouts that muscle (for me) doesn’t really set in the pain until the 2nd day from the day I worked out. (Very strange) I must say if it wasn’t for the Shakeology, the after work out drink and a ‘S’ load of water I would be still sore. So after each body ripped workout I always make sure I have the post workout drink. I’m wondering if I ate more or drank more water if I would be in a better position in getting body ripped.
