I learned quickly I’m in a new world. It was up to me to make it a successful body ripped workout. I know by watching the video it didn’t seem like I was pushing it very hard. As I was doing the workout I was doing my best not to throw up and fall over. In my mind, I just kept saying, just push through it in my head over and over.
